iff research hours and pay

Daytime shifts (‘B2B’ work, calling businesses):

Monday to Friday, you can start your shift at 8.30am, 8.45am or 9am. Currently you can choose whether to finish at 4:30pm or 5:30pm, and you get between 30 minutes and an hour’s (unpaid) lunch between noon and 2pm. You also get 15-minute paid breaks at both 11am and 3pm.

Probationary pay rate is £6.50 an hour, but if you show enough ability to keep the job will move to £7 (£7.71 inc. holiday pay) within a couple of weeks. Higher rate of £7.50 and then £8 for supervisors, who listen to calls but sometimes have to work the phones themselves too. 10% holiday pay is added to your wages in your payslip.

For many projects, you can get up to £1 bonus per survey completed.

Evenings and weekends (‘consumer’ work, calling people at home):

5pm-9pm all weekdays, 11-6pm on weekends. Basic rate for Monday-Thursday is £6.50, but for Friday evenings and weekends it is £7.25.  Again, 10% is added to your payslip as ‘holiday pay’.

Most interviewers can work either daytimes or evenings/weekends, unless your training only covers one or the other.

Dear Sir/Madam,

I believe that given the opportunity, this role would allow me to excel and help me to enhance my skills and experience. I have consistently excelled in telesales and I believe that my knowledge in looking after and working with customers will allow me to help and increase the services, revenue and set deadlines for my customers even more so. I am a self starter and can learn new systems very easily. I can also work under pressure and multitask. I am also very confident, enthusiastic and polite mannered. I have several years of Sales experience along with Telesales and Market research.

I would relish the opportunity to bring this level of success to Iff research.

If you would like to get in touch to discuss my application and to arrange an interview, you can contact me on 07939293979.

I look forward to hearing from you soon

Kind Regards

Tina

Anyone who works for this company needs their head examining. It’s full of the most callous, ruthless, frustrated idiots as proven by their profiles. I’m talking of the management here of course.
What a sorry bunch of ‘useless eaters’.
